How to realize a project

Our Technical Office is at your disposal to propose the technical solutions, appropriately meeting your demands. We Shall jointly ponder, evaluate your requirements and follow your project the whole course, from price quotation to erection and commissioning.
Following are the 8 stages to observe, in order to obtain a state-of-the-art realization.

   
 


1 architectural project:

If possible you should elect your technical fiduciary with whom we shall be glad to co-operate since the first design stage.

2 Price quotation:
our Techinical-Commercial Office promptly tailors an economic offer based on preliminary drawings, for the purpose of realizing the structure of your interest. This service is free.

3 Placing an order:
proceeding with the project, requires an Order Confirmation Form adequately signed. This form constitutes a contract for the sale and placement of the timber construction.

4 executive project: having received the order, our Technical Office compiles the real structural design including booklets of calculations and construction drawings. The required time for presenting drawings in approximately 4 weeks following the order.

5 Approval of drawings: the executive drawings are subject to your review. Production will not commence as long as you have not authorized so. Such authorization should be done by means of returning a signed copy of drawings for acceptance. This stage should last less than 1 week.

6 Production: upon receiving your confirmation of your drawings, your order enters production. Constructions of all structural elements are based on shop drawings performed by our technicians. Production requires about 8 weeks.

7 Transportation: unless consented otherwisw, 60 days after the confirmation of designs the beams and necessary accessories will be consigned to your site. Usually, Holzbau Sud is responsible for the means of transportation, while the customer provides scaffolding and cranes for unloading and erection.

8 Erection :a short time following the arrival of beams, the placements of structures and covering commence. Erection times vary, depending on the size and complexity of the construction.
